What cameras/sensors does Astro support?

Astro and Astro Max are compatible with a range of Freefly payloads:

• LR1 Payload – Gimbaled Sony LR1 + 24mm lens for high resolution photogrammetry.*
  • Optional LR1 modular upgrades: Thermal, Laser Range Finder
  • Optional alternate lenses: Sony FE 35mm F2.8, Sony FE 50mm F1.8, Samyang 75mm F1.8
• OGI Payload – Gimbaled Ventus Optical Gas Imager for leak detection and inspection.*
• A7R4 Payload – Gimbaled Sony A7R IV + 24mm lens for high resolution photogrammetry.
• Wiris Pro Payload – Gimbaled Wiris Pro for thermal imaging and 10x RGB optical zoom.*
• FPV camera – fixed, forward facing camera mounted to chassis for pilot reference. Also available in an NDAA version. Easy to install.

Astro supports a number of 3rd party payloads through the open source Smart Dovetail connector. You can learn more about supported payloads here.
