Can I update my shipping address on an order that hasn’t shipped yet?

In most cases we can accommodate an address change if the order has not shipped. Please note there are instances where an order has already moved to the shipping staging area from which we are not able to accommodate a change. If you need to change the ship to address, please contact us at support@freeflysystems.com and we will do everything possible to try and assist you with the change. There may be additional charges depending on the location of the new ship to address.
