How do I install and wire FRX Pro for Mōvi?

FRX Pro ships with two radio modules, one for the Mōvi Controller and one for the Mōvi (Pro/XL/Carbon). Legacy Mōvi systems (M5/M10/M15) do not have the horsepower to support FRX Pro.

On the Mōvi Pro, Mōvi Carbon or Mōvi XL

• There are several mounting options for FRX Pro, including the use of Pop-N-Locks, zip-ties, velcro, and double-sided tape. More information can be found here.
• Use one of the 300mm COM cables to connect the FRX Pro (either one) to COM1 on the Mōvi. You’ll find COM1 on the top (or bottom) of the LCD module on the back of the Mōvi.
• The Mōvi side installation doesn’t require aux power or USB connections.

On the Mōvi Controller

• There are several mounting options for FRX Pro, including the use of Pop-N-Locks, zip-ties, velcro, and double-sided tape. More information can be found here.
• The Controller side install requires two cable connections, one for power and one for data.
  • Power – Connect the FRX Pro module to an external power supply, such as the V-lock battery plate, or a V-Lock battery using the FRX Pro D-Tap Power cable.
  • Data – Connect the FRX to the Mōvi Controller using the USB Cable provided in the kit. Ensure you have plugged the USB Cable into the bottom USB port on the Mōvi Controller (nearest the back panel of the controller).
